Terms of Service Policy

Welcome to Michael's Eternal Ink Studio. By booking an appointment, purchasing products, enrolling in memberships, attending events, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, website, or booking platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all studio policies.
2. Services Offered
Michael's Eternal Ink Studio may offer:
Custom Tattoos
Permanent Makeup (PMU)
Tooth Gems
Permanent Jewelry
Piercings (where permitted by law)
Art, Jewelry, and Merchandise Sales
Membership Programs
Consultations and Special Events
All services are subject to artist approval and availability.
3. Age Requirements
Tattoo clients must be at least 18 years old with valid government-issued photo ID.
Permanent makeup, tooth gems, permanent jewelry, and piercing services must comply with Pennsylvania state laws and age requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse service if proper identification cannot be provided.
4. Deposits & Payments
All appointments may require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.
Deposits secure your appointment time and are applied toward the final service price.
Failure to appear or cancellation outside the allowed timeframe will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling.
No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit.
Multiple cancellations or no-shows may result in future booking restrictions.
Michael's Eternal Ink Studio reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, illness, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose:
Medical conditions
Allergies
Pregnancy
Skin conditions
Medications affecting healing
Recent cosmetic procedures
We reserve the right to refuse or postpone services if we believe a procedure may compromise client safety or healing.
7. Tattoo & PMU Results
Tattoo and PMU results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and individual healing.
We do not guarantee exact color retention or healing results.
Touch-ups may be recommended and may incur additional fees unless otherwise stated.
8. Aftercare Responsibility
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by the studio.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may negatively affect healing and void any touch-up guarantees
9. Refund Policy
All tattoo, PMU, piercing, tooth gem, permanent jewelry, and custom art sales are final.
Due to the nature of our services:
No refunds will be issued for completed services.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Merchandise returns may be accepted only for defective items within 2 days of purchase.
10. Photography & Marketing
Michael's Eternal Ink Studio may photograph or record completed work for portfolio, advertising, social media, educational, or promotional purposes.
Clients may request in writing that their images not be used.
11. Membership Programs
If enrolled in a membership:
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Benefits cannot be transferred to another person.
Missed benefits do not roll over unless specifically stated.
The studio reserves the right to modify or discontinue memberships with reasonable notice.
12. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including:
Intoxication or drug use
Harassment or abusive behavior
Failure to follow studio policies
Unsafe tattoo or piercing requests
Fraudulent payment activity
Health concerns that may impact healing
13. Limitation of Liability
Clients acknowledge that tattooing, piercing, PMU, tooth gems, and related services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Infection
Allergic reactions
Scarring
Fading
Unsatisfactory healing
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michael's Eternal Ink Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services provided.
14. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, photographs, logos, branding, and content created by Michael's Eternal Ink Studio remain the property of the studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
15. Website Use
Users may not:
Attempt to disrupt website functionality
Upload malicious software
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Copy or reproduce website content without permission
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable local regulations.
17. Changes to Terms
Michael's Eternal Ink Studio reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
