Service Description
Receive a professional body piercing in a clean, comfortable, and sterile environment. Every appointment includes a consultation, placement review, professional piercing procedure, starter jewelry, and aftercare instructions.
Cancellation Policy
PIERCING APPOINTMENT POLICY A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all piercing appointments. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and provide any documentation required by Pennsylvania law. To ensure the safety of our clients and staff, Michael's Eternal Ink Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, pregnant, unable to provide proper identification, or otherwise unsuitable for the procedure. Booking & Deposits • Some piercing services may require a non-refundable deposit. • Deposits are applied toward the final service total. • Deposits may be transferred one time with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in loss of deposit. • No-shows will forfeit any deposit paid and may be required to prepay future appointments. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or rescheduled. • Deposits may be forfeited for excessive lateness. Jewelry & Aftercare • Starter jewelry is included unless otherwise specified. • Jewelry upgrades are available for an additional charge. • Proper aftercare instructions will be provided following the procedure. • Michael's Eternal Ink Studio is not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
