Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure all tattoo appointments and will be applied toward the final total. Deposits cover appointment reservation time, design preparation, and consultations. Larger custom projects such as sleeves, back pieces, or multi-session tattoos may require a higher deposit, which will be discussed during booking. Deposits will be forfeited if: • You arrive 15+ minutes late without notice • You arrive 30+ minutes late even with notice • You reschedule more than twice • False or incomplete booking information is provided • Inappropriate, disrespectful, or intoxicated behavior occurs Please only book when you are fully committed to the tattoo process, including design, placement, artist style, and pricing. Free consultations are available by appointment to discuss tattoo ideas, pricing, placement, sizing, and expectations before booking. By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that tattoo design concepts are subjective and artistic interpretation may vary. Minor revisions may be made at the artist’s discretion. Significant design changes or requesting an entirely new drawing after design work has begun may require a new deposit, and the original deposit will be retained as compensation for drawing and preparation time. Shop minimum is $100 unless otherwise stated by the artist.
