Personalize your permanent jewelry with our beautiful selection of charms and connectors. Add meaningful touches that make your piece uniquely yours. Sterling Silver: $15-$35 14k Gold-Filled: $20-$50 14k Gold: Available upon request From delicate accents to statement pieces, our charms and connectors let you create jewelry that tells your story. Custom charms are also available for special events or personal designs.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a Permanent Jewelry appointment, you agree to the following terms: • A valid card is required to reserve your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. • No-shows and late cancellations will forfeit any deposit paid. • Permanent jewelry is custom fitted and welded during your appointment. All sales are final. • We are not responsible for broken, lost, stretched, or damaged jewelry after your appointment. • If your chain breaks within 7 days due to a welding issue, one complimentary reweld is included. • Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. • Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. • Prices vary based on chain selection, material, and custom add-ons. • We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns arise.
