Cancellation Policy
MICHAEL'S ETERNAL INK STUDIO TATTOO APPOINTMENT & DEPOSIT POLICY A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure all tattoo appointments and will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. Deposits cover appointment reservation time, custom design preparation, drawing time, and consultations. Large-scale projects, including sleeves, back pieces, cover-ups, and multi-session tattoos, may require a higher deposit amount. Deposit requirements for these projects will be discussed during booking. Deposits will be forfeited if: • You arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice • You arrive more than 30 minutes late regardless of notice • You reschedule more than two times • False or incomplete booking information is provided • You arrive intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol • Disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate behavior occurs • You fail to attend your appointment (no-show) Deposits may be transferred one time if at least 48 hours' notice is provided. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Please only book when you are fully committed to the tattoo process, including design concept, placement, size, artist style, and pricing. Free consultations are available by appointment to discuss tattoo ideas, placement, sizing, pricing, and expectations prior to booking. By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that tattoo artwork is custom-created and artistic interpretation may vary. Minor revisions may be accommodated at the artist's discretion. Significant design changes or requests for an entirely new design after artwork preparation has begun may require a new deposit. The original deposit will be retained as compensation for design and preparation time. Shop Minimum: $100 Clients must be 18 years of age or older and provide a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of service unless otherwise permitted by Pennsylvania law. Touch-Up Policy: One complimentary touch-up may be provided within 14 days of the original tattoo appointment for minor healing-related issues at the artist's discretion. Touch-ups do not cover fading or damage caused by improper aftercare, picking, scratching, sun exposure, swimming, or other client-related factors. Michael's Eternal Ink Studio reserves the right to refuse service to any client for safety, health, legal, or professional reasons.
